1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and authentication details (via Supabase Auth).
- Diagnostic data: vehicle details, symptoms, OBD codes, and the diagnoses generated for you.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and your plan status, never your card number.
- Operational logs: an audit log of key actions. IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash, never in raw form.
2. How we use it
To generate diagnoses, enforce plan limits, improve the verified knowledge base from anonymized outcomes, prevent abuse, and provide support.
3. Who we share it with
Processors that run the service: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (the AI model that generates diagnoses). We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
Your vehicle and symptom text is sent to the AI model to produce a diagnosis. Avoid including personal identifiers in free-text fields.
5. Your choices
You can delete your vehicles at any time (soft-deleted, then purged). To delete your account and associated data, contact support.
6. Retention
We retain diagnostic and account data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes.
