RevAI

Terms of Service

1. What RevAI is

RevAI provides AI-assisted automotive diagnostic guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for inspection or repair by a licensed mechanic, and it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship.

2. No safety guarantee

Vehicle repair can be dangerous. You are responsible for your own safety and for verifying any suggestion with a qualified professional before acting on it. For anything safety-related (brakes, steering, fuel, airbags, tires, loss of power), stop driving and consult a professional. RevAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use RevAI. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans and token packs are billed through Stripe. Monthly plan allowances reset each billing period; purchased token credits are permanent and are consumed before your monthly allowance. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Token-pack purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to extract bulk data from the service, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party data

RevAI references public data from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). That data is provided by its source and may be incomplete or out of date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from reliance on the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
